Sheila Mirasol and Shane Westover currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sheila was born in Guam and raised in California and Las Vegas. Shane was born and raised in Las Vegas. A graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), Sheila is currently an investment manager with Wells Fargo Private Asset Management. Shane is currently a sign engineer with YESCO.

Sheila and Shane want to thank all of their family and friends for all their help and their patience during their long engagement. They are excited and thrilled to see everyone at their wedding.  Please don't forget to sign our guestbook on this website!!!

Sheila and Shane met through Sheila's sister and brother in law, Elaine and Jack Wang. Though not formally introduced to each other and after passing each other's ways for over three years, eyes finally met. Their first date was on June 16, 1998.  The couple became engaged on March 15, 2001. While assigned for training for a month in New York city, Sheila received news that Shane would fly out to New York to visit for the weekend. Reservations were made at the restaurant on the 107th floor of The World Trade Center, the Windows on the World Restaurant. During dinner, Shane surprisingly walked around the table to Sheila's side. With New York City's lights and the great skyline view in the background, Shane got down on one knee and proposed. The restaurant applauded, brought celebration desserts for the couple, and the rest was history.  The couple plans to return to New York as part of their honeymoon to visit Ground Zero, as the restaurant is now just a memory.
